THE NEWS

This is the first installment of my news (Kyle's news) and what has already presumptiously become THE NEWs. The whole idea is really big and really borring, and to boot, it's somewhat of a paradox. THE NEWs, against all aspirations to be a daily segment, will more than likely just be a sporadically occuring regurgitation of news around the world; in essence, the perverse siphoning of the macrocosm out there through a cerebral blender of translations and observations that finally end up splattered on the screen over here. It really is just a place for me to post translations and serious or comic reactions to foreign news and marketing. I suspect, though, the obtuse explanation of THE NEWs' news gathering isn't helping out the prospects for an interesting read. Let's see how long I can tolerate the documentation of my own pathological studiousness.
